In the whirlwind of life and leadership, it is easy to get lost in the fog of things and lose track of where you have been, where you are, and where you are headed. We will help you get “caught up” to be present in what God is doing today in your life and leadership so that we can prioritize goals and opportunities more readily.

Leaders need to hear from the Greatest Leader, Jesus. We will take time to seek God, to discern His leading in your life and leadership, and to make space to hear from Him. I believe that God will be faithful to speak you to each person in a relevant and real way that has impact upon who and how they lead.

Leaders will draft a personal action plan that targets key areas of their leadership as God highlights. Leaders will walk away prepared to “lead alive” in Christ in their calling. Leaders will walk away refreshed and encouraged as well as ready to take on the practical challenges they will face with greater clarity and focus.
